Freedom Front Firearms – Refunds & Returns Policy
Applies To: All purchases made through Freedom Front Firearms involving firearms, ammunition, receivers, frames, optics, accessories, and regulated items.
1. All Firearm Sales Are Final
In accordance with federal regulations and standard industry practice, all firearm sales completed through Freedom Front Firearms are final. Once a firearm has been shipped to your designated FFL and/or transferred after completing the Form 4473/NICS check, Freedom Front Firearms cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds except for shipping errors before transfer. This includes buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, change of preference, failure to pass a background check, or refusal to complete the transfer.
2. Background Check Denials & Failure to Complete Transfer
If a customer is denied, delayed beyond pickup, or otherwise unable to complete the firearm transfer, the firearm must be returned to Freedom Front Firearms by the receiving FFL. A 20% restocking fee applies. Original shipping is non‑refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Freedom Front Firearms cannot alter or influence any NICS decision.
3. Defective Firearms – Contact the Manufacturer
Freedom Front Firearms does not test‑fire firearms and does not provide warranty service. If a firearm exhibits a defect, malfunction, cosmetic issue, or operational failure, the purchaser must contact the firearm manufacturer directly for warranty repair, parts, replacement, or technical support. Freedom Front Firearms is not authorized to accept defective firearms for return or repair.
4. Wrong Item or Shipping Error (Must Be Untransferred)
If the receiving FFL determines the wrong model, caliber, finish, or configuration was shipped by Freedom Front Firearms, do not complete the transfer. Have the FFL contact Freedom Front Firearms immediately so we can arrange a prepaid return and correct reshipment. Once a firearm is transferred, it is legally considered used, even if unfired, and cannot be returned.
5. Ammunition, Optics, Magazines & Accessories
Ammunition: All ammunition sales are final—no returns or refunds.
Optics, magazines, and accessories: Eligible for return only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged on delivery.
6. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Orders canceled before shipment may be refunded minus a 5% payment processing fee to cover non‑refundable merchant charges. Once shipped, the order is considered final.
7. Missing Items, Shipping Damage, or Lost Packages
Issues must be reported to Freedom Front Firearms within 72 hours of delivery confirmation. Retain all packaging and photos. We will assist with filing any applicable carrier claims.
8. Customer Responsibility & Legal Compliance
By purchasing from Freedom Front Firearms, you confirm you are legally permitted to own and receive firearms, will comply with all applicable laws, understand firearm returns are not allowed once transferred, and acknowledge that defects are handled directly with the manufacturer.
