Shipping Policy
1) Order Processing & Dispatch
Most in‑stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. High‑demand items, compliance reviews, weather events, and carrier delays can extend processing times. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may begin processing the next business day.
2) Firearms Ship to FFL Dealers Only
All serialized items (firearms, frames, receivers) must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. At checkout you will select or provide your receiving FFL. We ship the firearm to that FFL; you will complete Form 4473 and NICS at pickup. Freedom Front Firearms does not ship serialized products to residential or PO Box addresses.
3) Adult Signature & Title
Shipments may require Adult Signature on delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser when the carrier takes possession. Please verify your shipping address is accurate; undeliverable packages may incur reship fees.
4) State & Local Shipping Restrictions
We comply with federal, state, and local laws. Certain items (firearms, magazines, ammunition, parts) may be restricted, require permits, or be prohibited in specific jurisdictions. You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local laws. Orders that cannot legally ship will be canceled and refunded minus any payment and processing fees.
5) Ammunition Shipping
Ammunition ships ground where permitted. Adult signature may be required. We do not ship ammunition to PO Boxes or where restricted by law. All ammunition sales are final and non‑returnable.
6) Optics, Parts & Accessories
Optics, magazines, and accessories ship to the address you provide, subject to local restrictions. Back‑ordered or drop‑shipped items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.
7) Tracking & Delivery
Tracking numbers are emailed when an order ships. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation are not the responsibility of Freedom Front Firearms.
8) Shipping Damage or Missing Items
Report visible damage or missing items within 72 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging and photos; we will assist with carrier claims. If a firearm is damaged in transit, do not complete the transfer—have the FFL annotate the issue and contact us.
9) Address Changes & Order Edits
We cannot change the ship‑to address after the order is placed. For firearms, we cannot reroute to a different FFL once shipped. If an edit is required before shipment, contact us immediately—additional verification may be required.
10) Returns & Cancellations (Summary)
Firearm sales are final once transferred. Cancellations before shipment may incur a 5% payment processing fee. For full terms, see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
11) Checkout Consent – Click to Agree
By placing an order, you acknowledge you have read and agree to this Shipping Policy and our Refunds & Returns Policy. The checkout page will include a required “I agree to the Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy” checkbox that must be selected to complete the purchase.
