1) Eligibility & Legal Compliance

You must be 18+ to purchase long guns or rifle/shotgun ammunition, and 21+ to purchase handguns,
handgun ammunition, or items requiring age 21 under federal/state law. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable
federal, state, and local firearms laws.

By purchasing from us, you certify that you are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or related state laws,
and that you are the actual purchaser (no straw purchases).

2) Firearms & Receiver Sales (FFL Transfers Only)

All firearms and serialized frames/receivers must ship to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) chosen by you.
You must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the required background check and waiting periods at the FFL.

If you fail a background check or cannot complete the transfer, the item will be returned and your order refunded minus
original shipping, return shipping, any FFL transfer fees (non-refundable), and a 15% restocking fee.

The name on the order must match the individual taking possession at the FFL.

3) Ammunition Sales

Ammunition ships ground only; no PO boxes. Your jurisdiction may require ID verification, permits, or FFL/vendor delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring legality before purchase.

4) Magazine & Parts Restrictions

We comply with all state and local restrictions on magazine capacity, features, and parts. Orders to prohibited locations may be canceled
or modified at our discretion.

5) Restricted States & Localities

We do not ship prohibited firearms, parts, or ammunition to jurisdictions where restricted or banned. You are responsible for confirming
local laws prior to purchase.

6) Export Controls

Products may be controlled under ITAR or EAR. No exports outside the United States without proper authorization.
You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer items in violation of U.S. export control laws.

7) Orders, Pricing & Availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for lawful reasons, including errors, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.
Prices and availability may change without notice. Errors in pricing or product info may result in cancellation.

8) Payment, Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full order amount, including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees. We may require
ID verification to prevent fraud. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection efforts.

9) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Inspection

For firearms, title transfers at the FFL upon successful completion of the transfer. For other items shipped directly to you,
title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Inspect shipments immediately and notify us of issues; for firearms,
do so before completing the FFL transfer.

10) Cancellations, Returns & Restocking Fees

• Cancellations: Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
• Firearms & Serialized Items: Sales are final once shipped to an FFL. Failed transfers are refunded less fees per Section 2.
• Ammunition: No returns due to safety and regulatory reasons.
• Accessories: Returns accepted within 30 days, unused and in original packaging; a restocking fee may apply.

11) Warranties

Most products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty service is generally handled directly by the manufacturer; we will assist where possible.

12) Product Information & Safety

Firearms and ammunition are inherently dangerous. Follow all safety rules, store securely, and ensure any installation or gunsmithing is performed by a qualified professional.

13) Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

14) Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including IDs used
for age or identity verification.

15) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by PA Freedom Company LLC or its licensors and protected by
intellectual property laws.

16) Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Circumvent age, eligibility, or background check requirements
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with Site security or infrastructure
• Scrape or mine data without permission

17) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated, the Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the
maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PA Freedom Company LLC and its personnel from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use, misuse, or unlawful possession of products; your violation of these Terms; or your violation
of any law or third-party rights.

19) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Unless prohibited by law, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized provider (e.g., AAA/JAMS) under its rules.
Venue and governing law shall be Pennsylvania. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis; class actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable federal law.

21) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
